HOW DO WE WORK?

Once we have made a first contact with the potential client, a budget is prepared according to the length and time required for the translation to be done. If such budget is accepted by the client, a “confidentiality contract” is signed by both parties since the job of translators is based on the discretion of the information received. Translations

The original to be translated can be handed in, on the one hand, either via mail or fax which are the quickest options, or, on the other hand, personally at our office. Another option is to ask for our delivery service so that the original can be picked up at the place suggested by the client.

¿ In order to ensure a remarkable and accurate result of our job, each translation document undergoes a work process which consists of research, translation, proofreading, and edition. These processes are designed to meet our clients' specific needsbr> ¿ Every project is done by one of our translators or by a group of it, if necessary, depending on the length, time required to be returned to our client and difficulty level of the translation entrusted to us. Once the translation has been finished, an editor proofreads the text in terms of terminology, meaning, grammar, spelling, and general layout. When both the translation and proofreading steps have been properly carried out, the translation is ready to be sent to our clients

FEE

Fees will be provided according to the type of translation required by the client depending mostly on the lenght of the document (quantity of words) and the deadline.

Fees are provided every 100 words

The minimum amount of words to be quoted is of not less than 250
