The Faena Hotel + Universe is a historic building that was originally built in 1902 for storing domestically produced grains that are then exported to the world. It was conceived as a "home" with a set of areas which form the Universe, 103 deluxe rooms and 83 permanent residences. Thus, the areas are shared between hotel guests and residents of the building. Faena sought, thus, together in one place what the local international, bringing together those living in their homes and tourists staying at the hotel. It is said that rewrites the Faena Hotel Belle Epoque and brought back to Buenos Aires, imposing a new way to experience daily life. This is a luxurious apartment with access to all hotel services.
